Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
During busy seasons, local markets or holidays, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping
We proudly ship throughout Canada. Free shipping is available on qualifying Canadian orders.
We also ship to the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated during checkout.
Available in the Burnaby/Vancouver area. Free on orders $40 and up within 20km of Vancouver.

Shipping Rates
- Local Delivery (within 20km of Vancouver): FREE on orders $40+, delivered within 2–5 business days (Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey and surrounding areas)
- British Columbia: FREE on all orders, delivered within 3–7 business days
- Rest of Canada: FREE on all orders, delivered within 5–10 business days
- United States: Calculated shipping on orders under $75; FREE on orders $75+, delivered within 7–14 business days. Customs duties and taxes may apply (buyer's responsibility).
- International: Available by request to select locations. Email bovaniquebalms@gmail.com for a quote. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Local Pickup: FREE — available in the Burnaby/Vancouver area. Email us to arrange.
Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted in small batches and typically ship within 2–3 business days. During busy periods (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather or customs. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at bovaniquebalms@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on products that are at least 50% full. Contact us first at bovaniquebalms@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Exchanges are also available within 30 days — we'll cover shipping on the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bovaniquebalms@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damage and a description of the issue.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
