Are your products handcrafted?
Yes. Every Bovanique product is handcrafted in small batches in British Columbia with careful attention to quality, freshness and consistency.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are handcrafted in British Columbia, Canada.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test our products on animals.
Are your products vegan?
Most products are plant-based; however, our botanical balms contain beeswax and are therefore not vegan. Individual product pages clearly list all ingredients.
Do you use synthetic fragrances?
No. Our products are naturally scented using thoughtfully selected botanical essential oils.
How long do your products last?
We recommend using your products within 12 months after opening for the best experience. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders are carefully handcrafted, packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we proudly ship throughout Canada.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We also ship to the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on qualifying Canadian orders. Current shipping offers are displayed during checkout.

How much product should I use?
A little goes a long way. Start with a small amount and apply more if desired.
Should I perform a patch test?
Yes. We recommend patch testing any new skincare product before regular use.
Can I use multiple Bovanique products together?
Absolutely. Many of our products were thoughtfully created to complement one another. Our Botanical Collections are a great place to start.

We carefully select botanical oils, butters and essential oils that contribute to the overall experience of each product while supporting our philosophy of thoughtful, transparent formulations.
Why are your products made in small batches?
Small-batch production allows us to focus on quality, consistency and freshness rather than mass production.
Where can I find the full ingredient list?
Every product page includes a complete ingredient list (INCI) so you always know exactly what you're purchasing.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, returns may not always be possible. Please refer to our Return Policy or contact us if you have any concerns.
