Are your balms safe for sensitive skin and babies?
Yes! SootheSkin is specifically formulated to be gentle enough for babies and sensitive skin, while still being effective for eczema and irritation.

However, we always recommend doing a patch test first (apply a small amount to the inner wrist and wait 24 hours). If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or using on children under 2, please consult your physician first.

How long do the balms last?
With regular use, a 2 oz jar typically lasts 2-3 months, and a 4 oz jar lasts 4-6 months, depending on how often you use it.

For best quality, use within 12 months of purchase and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Are your balms vegan?
Our balms contain beeswax and are not vegan. However, all other ingredients are plant-based, and we never test on animals (cruelty-free). We're working on vegan alternatives! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when they launch.

Do they contain any allergens?
Our balms may contain tree nut oils (like sweet almond oil). Always check the ingredient list if you have allergies. We recommend doing a patch test before full use.

Are they tested on animals?

• Local delivery (Vancouver/Burnaby/New West): 1-3 business days
• BC & Western Canada: 3-5 business days
• Eastern Canada: 5-7 business days
• United States: 7-10 business days

Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
Yes! We offer free local delivery on orders $40+ within Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, and surrounding areas (within 20km).

Local pickup is also available for FREE — just email us at bovaniquebalms@gmail.com to arrange.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

For international orders outside North America, please email us at bovaniquebalms@gmail.com for a shipping quote. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs processing are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee! If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be at least 50% full (we understand you need to try them!).

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at bovaniquebalms@gmail.com with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
